The FDSO (Federation of Disability Sports Organisations) would like to offer PCAN members the opportunity to give their views on behalf of their children as part of the initial consultation work.

We will collate your views and send them on to the FDSO. They will form part of the initial audit of provision in the district, which will the lead to work which FDSO believe will “make changes which are beneficial, and lasting”.
Please note that a) this is a survey which has been written by another organisation, and not by PCAN and b) that the FDSO project is aimed at ALL people with a disability (i.e. this is not a project specifically focused on children and young people’s needs).
