Local Mencap in Kirklees are to run an evening Fun Club for 13 to 18 year olds with additional needs. The club running will dependant on the interest generated
The club will be based at Carlinghow Mills, Batley where Mencap already have a centre – Branches.
Sessions are planned to run on a Thursday evening from 6pm – 8pm and activities will be at the base and within the community.
This is a pilot project and will run for 20 weeks but if successful they hope to continue.
