The NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) covering Greater Huddersfield and North Kirklees are asking for feedback about the Wheelchair Services provided by Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Trust.
If you or someone you care for has used / or are using wheelchair services, they would like to hear about your experiences and gather your opinions about how they could improve the service. Greater Huddersfield CCG and North Kirklees CCGs are holding a joint event on:
Tuesday 3rd December at 1.30pm – 3.30pm
Broad Lea House, Dyson Wood Way, Bradley, Huddersfield HD2 1GZ (wheelchair accessible venue)
