Easter short breaks 2016 – updated consent form to use

Activities for young people with a disability aged 8 – 18 yrs are taking place on Thursday & Friday 7th & 8th April.

You will need to book a place as places are limited.

Activities include:

• Outdoor activities
• woodwork
• canoeing
• team building activities
