HSGA Summer Playscheme – application forms avaliable now

Here are the application form and the letter to go with it for the Huddersfield Support Group for Autism Play Scheme this summer. This is avaliable for families that fit the following criteria:

• Each child should have an autistic spectrum disorder

• Each child should be aged between 5 – 15 years old (we do take children that are 4 if they are starting school this year)

• Each child should live in Kirklees
