Calderdale, Greater Huddersfield and North Kirklees CCGs would like your help to design a wheelchair service for Calderdale and Kirklees.

We need your help to design a future service. We would really like you to come along to two events to help us do this. The two events will be held in one central location ‘The Holiday Inn’ Clifton Village, West Yorkshire, Brighouse, HD6 4HW and we would like your support to attend one or both events.

The first event is on 11 May from 9:45-2:30 p.m. This event is about sharing what people have already told us about wheelchair services, looking at these findings and making sure we have not missed anything. The second one is on Friday 20^th  July 9:45 -12:15 p.m. This follow up event is about looking at our proposed model of service and hearing your views about this.

We are exploring how digital technologies can help people with visual and hearing impairments have a better experience when they visit their GP.

If you have a hearing or visual impairment and are based in Kirklees we would value your involvement in this event.
