Cerebra are holding an event entitled ‘Disabled Children and their transition into adulthood: the law and good practice’ on:

Parents, carers and professionals are invited to this event which aims to provide attendees with:
- an overview of the legal responsibilities of local authorities & health services
- updates concerning legal and policy developments, including changes for children with special needs as a result of the forthcoming Children & Families Act 2014 and SEN Code of Practice.
The session will act as a forum for attendees to have an opportunity to discuss practical problems they have experienced and how these can be resolved, as well as information on ‘what works’.
