The Disability Sport Yorkshire Annual Awards Dinner will be held at The Pavillion Banqueting Suite, Elland Road, Leeds on Friday 12th September 2014.
The event will once again be a celebration of sporting endeavor and achievement.
Nominations are invited in all categories, ahead of the closing date of 15th August.
The event itself will include a 3 course meal, entertainment, celebrity guest speakers, and of course the awards. Price per person is £29.50.
