Have you ever asked for help about:
- The behaviour of your child?
- Support with any aspect of being a parent of a child with SEN?
- Activities or support for your child? .
Kirklees Council has issued a survey about some proposed changes to the way they structure their children’s centres and deliver some of their services to families in Kirklees. There’s a strong focus on Kirklees bringing organisations together from many areas including health, education, and community groups to work together in each of 4 proposed “Hub” areas. The aim is to support families when and where they need it. As part of that they are asking parents what activities and support are most important to them and to give your views through a survey.
The survey link can be found here – please read the background information before filling it in – links below. The survey refers to an easy read document. What it means is the FAQs document which can be found below. If you are supporting anyone who can’t complete an online survey, please contact us and we can email/send a hard copy or complete the survey with them over the phone. 07754102336, or email info@pcankirklees.org
The deadline to complete the survey is Friday 26 February 2021
