This is a prestigious, blue tie event which celebrates and recognises inspirational disabled children, young people and their families from grass roots communities.
It is also a celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The event will take place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel on Saturday 6th December 2014.
Nominations are open to all families with disabled children from all communities. Nominations are open until Friday 24th October at 5pm.
