Kirklees Council has commissioned an independent review of Specialist Provision in Kirklees led by Jane Friswell, an independent SEND Consultant and parent advocate. We ran an event on Zoom on 24th February at 1.30 pm and gained some really valuable feedback of people’s experiences. However we need more views so we have created a survey. The questions include:
- What was your experience of the specialist provision service (how did you child benefit)?
- What aspects were good, most valuable, had the most impact
- What could have been done differently or been improved?
- How could you have delivered if time and resources had been invested elsewhere?
So if your child is at one of the schools below or has left within the last 12-18 months, or you know is receiving outreach support from the specialist provision teams in another school please share your views on our survey here. If your child/young person would like to comment, please support them to fill in the survey with their views. Thanks for your time, your views are so important!
