Carers are invited to attend one of the following events to help develop a formal commitment stating what carers can expect from Kirklees Council, NHS North Kirklees CCG and NHS Greater Huddersfield CCG.
Two events are taking place on:
- 9th June 2015 – Huddersfield Town Hall 9.30 – 12.30.
- 10th June 2015 – Woodkirk Valley Golf Club, Dewsbury 12 – 3pm
