NHS Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group has pulled the information from the previous events and other engagement activities into a report (see below). The feedback from the ongoing engagement activities has been used to help develop and refine models of what is needed. All the feedback is much appreciated. As they continue to progress the work they still need your views in shaping and refining the work.
They are holding a follow up event which will involve participants working together to continue to shape the model for this integrated service. They aim to look at what participants said previously, how this has been reflected in the proposals and discuss what else is needed in more detail.
The event will be held on Thursday 31st July between 9.30am and 11.30am at Broad Lea House, Dyson Wood Way, Bradley, Huddersfield HD2 1GZ
